Summer Skills - Weymouth Field Hockey
SUMMER 2025 SKILLS TRAINING
9 Monday session dates: 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11
June 16th - August 11th

Athletes may register for 6 or 9 session skills training package and identify specific dates to attend during registration. Dates may be adjusted by athletes if schedules change prior to training session.
Training sessions focus on high level technical development for ball control, passing, receiving, shooting and defensive skills. Includes small area game play to build players' tactical offensive and defensive game strategies. Training curriculum custom tailored to experience level.
The curriculum for Monday skills sessions is not designed for athletes without any previous field hockey experience.
ELITE CLUB TRAINING AND CONDITIONING 7th grade + up 6:00-8:00 PM
HIGH SCHOOL JV/Varsity 6:30-8:00 PM
MIDDLE SCHOOL 6:30-8:00 PM
EXPERIENCED ELEMENTARY 3RD-5TH 6:30-8:00 PM
