Kathleen Boyle is the founder and director of True Grit, where she serves as head coach for the club's U14-U19 teams, and oversees its youth development programming. Kathleen earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, where she was a four-year starter for the Division I Ivy League field hockey team. Kathleen attended Dartmouth High School where she was a captain of the school's only Division I state champion field hockey team, and is a member of the school's athletic hall of fame.

Carolyn Cahill, a seasoned field hockey goalkeeping coach, joins True Grit after 18 years at the collegiate level. She has coached four All-America goalies throughout her career. Notably, at Boston College, her goalkeepers have earned two All-America honors, seven NFHCA All-Northeast Region nods, four All-ACC awards along with several other accolades. Previously, Cahill was head coach at Merrimack College and an assistant at Yale University, where her goalie earned All-America status and First-Team All-Ivy League honors. A three time All-America at Bentley University, she boasts a 0.85 GAA, 47 shutouts, and was named Bentley's 2000 Female Athlete of the Year.

Current Providence College Assistant Coach; former Assistant Coach at Northeastern University, UMASS Lowell and UMASS Amherst. Stigas put together an impressive NCAA Division I playing career at Northeastern as well. She played in 72 career games for the Huskies from 2014-2018, including 53 appearances in the starting line-up. The Huskies won the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) regular-season title in 2014. Stigas tallied 30 career points on 11 goals and eight assists. She was a two-time team captain for the Huskies and was a five-time NFHCA All-Academic Team selection.
