SUMMER 2025 SKILLS TRAINING

9 Monday 1.5 hour sessions on the following dates: 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11

June 16th - August 11th from 6:30-8:00 PM

Union Point Sports Complex Weymouth

Athletes may register for 6 or 9 session skills training package and identify specific dates to attend during registration. Dates may be adjusted by athletes if schedules change prior to training session.

Training sessions focus on high level technical development for ball control, passing, receiving, shooting and defensive skills. Includes small area game play to build players' tactical offensive and defensive game strategies. Training curriculum custom tailored to experience level.
