Union Point Sports Complex Weymouth

2-hour sessions, technical/tactical curriculum and tempo tailored to most experienced players. Training sessions focus on field hockey specific conditioning and high level technical development for ball control, passing, receiving, shooting and defensive skills. Includes small area game play to build players' tactical offensive and defensive game strategies.
